If your product is under warranty, just contact YellowCat BMX and I’ll get you fixed up right away.
If your product is out of warranty. let us know, ship the product to YellowCat BMX, we’ll asses the problem and Fix / refurbish the product and ship it back to you for a reasonable price. You do NOT need to be the original owner. See prices below. Prices represent maximum cost, many repairs cost less.
Please include a video of the malfunction when contacting. The video should show the thumbswitch being pushed, the Light and the Snap.
